Africa Global Coaches is calling passionate individuals to volunteer as Global Coaches, Trainers, and Mentors for the 2025 Africa Leadership and Development Fellows Program.
The Vision: To empower young African leaders to drive transformation, sustainability, and innovation across the continent.
Your Role: Equip future leaders by:
- Attending a high-impact Masterclass TOT Training (virtual & in-person).
- Establishing local Africa Leadership & Development Fellowships (ALDFs) and training 25-50 young leaders.
- Mentoring fellows and raising local coaches.
- Leading community impact projects aligned with the SDGs.
- Hosting fellowship graduations.

Who Should Apply? Trainers, pastors, lecturers, professionals, African diaspora leaders, leadership development practitioners, sustainability activists, university staff, youth mentors, and young professionals (18+) with leadership and facilitation skills.
